I had the opportunity to live and go to school with people from all over the world, where everyone was bringing a multitude of different ideas with them. Here, I saw the importance in celebrating and attempting to understand others at a deeper level in order to work well together.

Target Executive Leader Internship Summer 2018

Last summer, I had the opportunity to intern at the second largest volume Target store where I was able to see how operating a positive work environment really does have incredible effects. The way the leaders interacted with the team members, along with the support from the company to create these type of environments, proved to have great success on the state of the business, which I was able to see and be a part of first hand.

During my time in college and high school I have always seen the value that health and wellness has on people and their well being and success. By being a fitness instructor and collegiate athlete, I was able to see first hand how important health and wellness was in creating lasting, positive environments.
